I believe that a simple and unassuming life is good for everybody, physically and mentally. Albert Einstein wrote that to Gandhi in 1931. Isn't it interesting that one of the greatest and most influential scientists of all time concluded that simple living is the answer. Both confronting racist control on different continents, a German physicist and an Indian politician agreed that simplicity was the key, not control.
